BWHB Alliance services are interactive whether one-on-one or in a group setting. Get ready for one of the most energetic, transforming, challenging journeys in your season! It's not all about what you do with change but more importantly how you respond to it. 

 

I am indeed honored that you'd allow me on this journey with you and I hope you're as excited as I am right now! I do not profess to have all of the answers or make any promises of your potential successes but what I do promise is to be as open and transparent as I can possibly be and to encourage you in every endeavor. We’re in this together! One thing you will continue to discover is more of who you are and what you desire to become on this journey as we’re all here for a purpose. It’s my privilege to serve as you discover what those goals and successes are for you.

 

Together, in our co-creative processes, we will:

• Identify your goals

• Identify your Personal S.W.O.T. Analysis

• Identify the obstacles/barriers prohibiting your journey

• Find actionable solutions to the obstacles/barriers

• Find reasons to believe in yourself and how you can succeed

• Celebrate your efforts along the way

 

As YOUR Empowerment Strategist, I will:

• Be as excited and committed to your goals as you are

• Challenge you to define those goals and hold you accountable

• Provide support and structure to help you accomplish those goals

• Assist with keeping you focused to produce results

• Always be honest, direct, and maintain confidentiality

 

Your commitment on this journey will be to:

• Be fully prepared and focused to put in the work

• Be honest with yourself, me, and those that support you

• Let me know what works for you and what does not

• Stretch yourself to get the work done even when there are seemingly obstacles standing in your way, respectively, with what you can do
