She is also Certified Leadership Coach, Transformational Life Speaker, Founder and CEO of I Motivate Solutions, LLC. and the Mastermind Facilitator of The Black Women Handling Business Mastermind Team.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida A&M University and a licensed Cosmetologist. Necole infuses her love and science through fabulous hair care. She has been in the hair industry for over a decade. Necole is also a member of the elite stylists across the world, Team Hollywood; founded by Patric Bradley. She is also a certified Zumba instructor to name a few of her many talents. Necole recently broadened her resume and stepped into the Real Estate industry where she thrives to sell a luxury experience to each customer and has also mastered the art of home-staging. If you're looking to upgrade the inside of your home, she's the person to call! She is also the proud mother of her 8 year old son, Noble, who is the joy of her life!

Sherrie Norwood is a published author, licensed and ordained Pastor in Orlando, FL. She has a vast background in non-profit organizations that includes multiple certifications and trainings. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Service Management and recently obtained her Masters of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix. She is a Business Writing Expert and Consultant. Sherrie is also a veteran of the United States Army. Nekia Foxx is a renown Image Stylist, a dynamic keynote speaker for conferences, churches, and various workshops. She specializes in developing innovative methods for women to gain clarity, confidence and self-worth! Nekia is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering with a minor in Civil Engineering. She is also the owner of Nekia Foxx & Co. "The Transformation Place" A place where you are reinvented from the inside out.
ANITA COMMINS
Anita Commins is the owner of Dedicate Delights LLC. She has served several years’ professionally as an Operations Management and specializes in improving the overall performance of teams within corporate organizations. Anita is currently an Operations Manager for a large commercial insurance carrier and also acts as a consultant to businesses and organizations to evaluate, plan and implement improvements in business processes and practices. She also has expertise in team building and group facilitation within organizations to improve corporate culture and morale.
Anita is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Professional Management and an M.B.A with a concentration in Human Resources. Anita is currently working towards obtaining her Lean Six Sigma Certification.
Anita is also heavily involved in the community and often volunteers with The Coalition of the Homeless, Junior Achievement, and The American Cancer Society.

Omega ‘Auntie’ Mothersill is a champion of women, an engaging speaker, educator , entrepreneur, relationship, personal development and image coach. Auntie is the CEO of Enhance U - Image & Success Coaching, 3D Modeling Troupe, MPAC - My Pretty Auntie Closet, Dream Body With Omega and Forever Bells Bridal Consulting and Coordinating. She is the Founder of Daughters of Zelophehad a Financial Empowerment Ministry. She is currently a respected educator within the Polk County Public School District. She is a Graduate of Nova Southeastern University MBA Program and currently entertaining a PhD. She is also a Graduate of the Master Pastor Internship Program (WWIC).
