     Hi there! I'm Ms. Gina and I'm so glad that you're here! Before you continue reading all about some of my accomplishments I just want you to know I am here to serve you in this capacity to the best of my God-given ability. My compassion for others to win trumps all accolades and achievements although I stand proudly by them all!

 

I am affectionately called YOUR Empowerment Strategist and my personal life mantra is "With God all things ARE possible!" You'll probably learn along the way that you and I are not that much different -- just different stories, encounters, and perspectives, however; if you're here to GET UP and TRANSFORM your life...then you're definitely in the right place! Of the many things I could boast in the Lord about it would be exercising the gift of encouragement to those who are challenged by the cycles of life. While understanding how disappointments can cause one to lose focus, I too, had to learn how to be resilient through those times.

 

I am a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Transformation Coach. My coaching style is energetic, sassy, transparent and practical. In a nutshell, I'm Life Coaching in Real Time! Early in my entrepreneurial journey in supporting black women I started The Black Women Handling Business Mastermind Team and from there launched, in 2019, The BWHB Awards (Black Women Handling Business Award) that brought women together from all across the great state of Florida and let me not forget The All Things QueenDom annual retreats that have been become a "must need to attend"! These staple events have become movements all within itself! I stand and believe the infallible Word of God to be my life's manual. It has been my past experiences that have been the catalyst for transformation to take place in my own life that compels me to keep striving. My continuous passion and interest for learning to love myself from the inside out led me to coaching as naturally and confidently as breathing. Understanding that life is an uninterrupted cycle of seasons and being able to respond effectively and efficiently during the transitions is not something that comes willingly but usually with some resistance. After enduring different seasons of life, I have come full circle in my pursuit to not only serve but to help other women transition through life’s difficult pain points. Trust me, I understand what it takes for women to shift in different places of life and how to reinforce authority, while exemplifying strength and truth in a way that is never arrogant or self-righteous.

 

     My interpersonal coaching style will allow women from the boardroom to the dinner table develop skills in setting comprehensible goals, develop realistic action plans, work through barriers and fears, and realize that you can make life work in your life’s work! As black women, we all go through periods of reshuffling on the inside and wonder “What’s next?!” As YOUR Empowerment Strategist and Life Coach, I am committed to helping you re-orient yourself in the midst of utter chaos by creating a platform that gives visibility to the issues that are important to women that includes:

 

• Educating women on how to understand the current of the shift in their lives by acknowledging the view from the mirror (self-reflection). 

• Detaching from self-limiting beliefs to standing in your own power and truth!

• Empowering women in leadership roles to work through the “Burn Outs” and “Cold Fronts” of Corporate America.

• Bridging together balance and synergy and making it work in your favor.

 

I have dedicated my life to service, integrity, and building interdependent relationships amongst black women that ultimately creates clusters of communities within our reach. Some of my life's works both past and present affiliations include Keeping UP! (Alternative Program for Suspended Students), The Jobs Partnership of Florida, Inc., Toastmasters Inc., Women in Leadership (WIL), National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA), African American Employee Networking Group (AAENG) and the National Black MBA Association (NBMBAA).
